Meanwhile a patient with a broken bracket rings, gets no slot, and the case quietly extends. If you own a dental group, that is a desk in your own business.
What the work is
An agent that watches the payment contracts on every active orthodontic case, contacts the responsible party when an instalment fails, and separately receives broken-bracket calls, records what came loose, and books the repair into the short-appointment slots the practice keeps for them. In the Cabinet, ArkOne’s reference design for an executive agent, this is the Finance seat: one of ten specialists the room can consult, each a name, a model and a set of instructions rather than a department.

What it does not do
Continuing to treat a patient whose payments have stopped is a decision the practice owner makes, and the agent never pauses a course of treatment. That is not a limitation of the software. It is the line the reference design draws on purpose, and a vendor who offers to move it is selling you something else.
