One covenant test across every vessel-owning company

The covenant pack stops depending on one analyst's spreadsheet, and a failing test is visible with the numbers that produced it rather than after

The Table, seen from above on the Cabinet floor plan.
Exhibit 1. The Table, at its place in the room.

Each vessel sits in its own single-purpose company with its own loan, its own bank and its own definition of the debt service cover ratio, and the group tests all of them in one spreadsheet built by hand from technical managers’ returns. A single mistyped operating cost feeds a ratio that goes to a bank syndicate, and the breach that matters is the one nobody spotted because the formula pointed at the wrong row. If you finance or lease vessels, that is a desk in your own business.

What the work is

An agent assembles each borrower’s earnings and debt service from the vessel accounts and the loan schedule, applies that facility’s own ratio definition rather than a group-wide one, and produces the covenant test per company with the inputs shown beside the result. Where an input is missing the test is marked incomplete rather than calculated. In the Cabinet, ArkOne’s reference design for an executive agent, this is the Finance seat: one of ten specialists the room can consult, each a name, a model and a set of instructions rather than a department.

The part of the design carrying the weight here is the table, and the setting that governs it is stated once on the Register.

What it does not do

Whether a ratio that fails is reported to the bank now, waived under the facility, or cured with an equity injection first, because that call sets the group’s relationship with its lender for the rest of the loan. That is not a limitation of the software. It is the line the reference design draws on purpose, and a vendor who offers to move it is selling you something else.

What changes

The covenant pack stops depending on one analyst’s spreadsheet, and a failing test is visible with the numbers that produced it rather than after a bank asks.

Take single-purpose company, debt service cover ratio, covenant test into the demonstration and use them without explaining them. A vendor whose agent handles this work already knows those words; one who asks what they mean is showing you a system built for a different trade.

Assembly · the Seats

The Seat that owns this work gathers what it needs and drafts. This is the part a demonstration shows you, and it is the part that cannot break anything.

What you have at five: The covenant pack stops depending on one analyst's spreadsheet, and a failing test is visible with the numbers that produced it rather than after

The hours are a shape, not a schedule. What is fixed is the order: nothing reaches a system you run before the Door, and nothing continues past the wait without a person.
