ARKONE

DIFC, Dubai · One company per day · Monday to Thursday

One day.
One process.
One automation.

The Private AI Clinic is a full working day for one company at a time. Bring the process that slows your team down; leave with a working automation and a written diagnosis.

Anthropic Partner · Built on Claude

1
company per day, one full day each
AED 5,000
per company, up to 3 attendees
100%
of the work leaves with you

If there is no working automation by the end of your day, we continue at no charge until there is.

01 · The format

A diagnosis, not a lecture.

Most AI events put 40 people in a room and talk at them. A clinic works the other way: one company, one process, one full day. Nothing generic survives the format.

You bring the process that costs you the most time. We examine it the way a doctor examines a patient: intake, diagnosis, treatment. By evening the treatment is running on your own documents.

02 · The day

From intake to a live automation, in five moves.

09:00

The intake

We map how your chosen process really works today: who touches it, where it waits, and what it costs. No slides, just your reality on a whiteboard.

10:30

The diagnosis

We rank where AI fits inside that process and where it does not. You see the reasoning, not just the conclusion.

12:00

The build

We stand up a working automation on your own documents and data, built on Claude. Your team watches it happen and works the controls.

15:30

The prescription

A written plan: what to buy, who to hire, and how to run it safely. Scoped to the one process on the table, in plain language your board can read.

17:00

You leave with it

The automation, the one-page diagnosis, and a clear next step. Everything is yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together again.

03 · The deliverables

Everything on this list leaves with you.

PROTOTYPE

A working automation

A live automation running on your own documents by evening. Not a demo of someone else’s data.

DIAGNOSIS

A written diagnosis

Where AI fits in the process you brought, ranked by value and effort, with the reasoning attached.

PLAN

A buy, hire, govern plan

What to buy, who to hire, and the rules for running it safely, scoped to the process on the table.

PATH

A rollout path

The steps to take the automation from prototype to daily use, whoever builds it: your team, a vendor, or us.

04 · The room

Built for any company that runs on process.

The clinic serves the people who own a process: operations leaders, business owners, and principals who want automation working, not presented.

Finance and back office

Invoices, reconciliations, approvals, and month-end packs that crawl through inboxes.

Customer operations

Onboarding, support queues, and complaints that wait on a human read before anything moves.

Documents and compliance

Contracts, policies, KYC files, and audit trails buried in slow review cycles.

People operations

Candidate screening, employee requests, and reporting that consume senior hours every week.

05 · The credentials

Run by an Anthropic partner.

ArkOne is a partner of Anthropic, the company behind Claude. The prototypes we build in the clinic run on the same models used by leading banks and enterprises worldwide.

The advice stays vendor neutral. We plan so you can switch AI tools later without rebuilding your work, and if another tool fits your situation better, we say so.

How we work

06 · The programmes

07 · Questions

What people ask before booking.

What exactly is the clinic?

A full working day, 09:00 to 17:00, for one company at a time, in a private room at DIFC with lunch included. Up to 3 people from your team attend; the small room is what makes the day work, and an extra seat can be arranged on the intake call. You bring one real process; we diagnose it and build a working automation on it the same day.

Who is the clinic for?

Anyone serious about putting automation to work on a real process: operations leaders, business owners, family offices, and individual principals alike. If you own a process and can bring its documents, the format works. DIFC is the venue, not a filter.

What does AED 5,000 cover?

The full day for your company, up to 3 attendees: the room, lunch, the working automation, the written diagnosis, and the buy-hire-govern plan. The price is per company, not per person.

How do we book a day?

Send the form below; we reply within 48 hours to arrange a short intake call. After the call you receive an invoice, payable by bank transfer. Once paid, you pick your day from a private calendar, Monday to Thursday. The exact venue address comes with your confirmation.

What if it does not work, or we need to move the day?

If there is no working automation by the end of your day, we continue at no charge until there is one. You can reschedule without charge up to 7 days before your day, and if we ever have to cancel, you receive a full refund.

What do you need from us before the day?

One process you want examined and a small set of sample documents from it. We sign an NDA on request and can work on redacted samples. A 30-minute intake call sets the scope before anything is paid.

What happens to our documents and the automation?

Everything built on the day is yours: the automation, the diagnosis, and all working files. We work under NDA on request, can use redacted samples, and delete your documents after handover.

Who runs the session?

Sobin George Thomas, ArkOne’s founder and CEO, runs every clinic personally. ArkOne is an Anthropic partner; we build on Claude and know it deeply, but the diagnosis is vendor neutral: if another tool fits your situation better, we say so in writing.

What happens after the clinic?

Nothing you did not ask for. The clinic is complete in itself: the automation, the diagnosis, and the plan are yours, with no follow-on you are expected to buy. If you want help taking the automation into daily use, tell us on the day and we will scope it.

What is the Executive Roundtable?

A 90-minute working lunch for ten executives, held once a month at DIFC. AED 750 per seat, lunch included. It is a working discussion on AI automation in operations, not a sales pitch, and you leave with a one-page readout of the use case you bring. The date is shared when your seat confirms.
