What we ask of a selected hospital
- A named lead at the hospital, with a few hours a week
- Staff time to learn the tools on real work
- Honest feedback on what works and what does not
- Permission to share what we learn, without patient details
If you wish, this can also be a research collaboration: a joint paper on what we learn together, without patient details.
