What do the engineers build?
AI agents, MCP integrations that connect Claude and GPT models to the systems you already run, and the automation around them. They build inside your own stack, with review and rollback.
Who do they work for?
You. On a direct hire they join your payroll. On a contract, ArkOne pays them and invoices you, and they work on your team, with your people.
What if a hire does not work out?
On a direct hire, if the engineer leaves within 90 days, ArkOne replaces them at no charge.
