How we operate

We work on things that don't exist yet.
Every project is at the edge of what AI can do in a real enterprise context. There is no playbook to follow. You write the playbook.

Small team. No passengers.
We are eight people. Everyone ships. There are no coordinators, no middlemen, no one whose job is to align meetings about alignment.

Clients are serious practitioners.
We work with legal, compliance, and document-heavy operations teams — people who care about accuracy more than demos. We match that standard.

Async by default. Intensive when it counts.
Most work happens in focused blocks, not meetings. When we do get in a room — virtual or otherwise — it is to make a real decision.
How we hire
Five stages. No surprises.

Application review
3–5 days. We read everything. No automated screening.
02
Intro call
30 minutes. We want to understand what you're trying to do next, not just what you've done.
03
Work sample
A short, paid exercise. Relevant to the actual role. We time-box it to 3 hours.
04
Team conversation
One call with two or three people you'd work with. No trick questions.
05
Decision
We move fast. You'll hear from us within a week of the final conversation.
