What people ask before booking.
What exactly is the clinic?
A full working day, 09:00 to 17:00, for one company at a time, in a private room at DIFC with lunch included. Up to 3 people from your team attend; the small room is what makes the day work, and an extra seat can be arranged on the intake call. You bring one real process; we diagnose it and build AI agents that own it the same day.
Who is the clinic for?
Anyone serious about putting AI to work on real work: revenue and sales leaders, operations leaders, people teams, business owners, family offices, and individual principals alike. If a person on your team owns work that repeats every week, the format works. DIFC is the venue, not a filter.
What does AED 5,000 cover?
The full day for your company, up to 3 attendees: the room, lunch, the working agents, the written diagnosis, and the architecture behind them. The price is per company, not per person.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
In most cases, nothing new. We build on the AI subscriptions your company already pays for — your Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot seats — rather than standing up metered API billing, so there is no new licence to justify and no per-use bill that grows quietly. Where a use case genuinely needs more than a seat allows, we say so on the day and show you the numbers.
How do we book a day?
Send the form below; we reply within 48 hours to arrange a short intake call. After the call you receive an invoice, payable by bank transfer. Once paid, you pick your day from a private calendar, Monday to Thursday. The exact venue address comes with your confirmation.
What if it does not work, or we need to move the day?
If there are no working agents running on your own data by the end of your day, we continue at no charge until there are. Putting them into production sometimes waits on your own IT — access, credentials, a security review — so that step is scheduled with you rather than promised for the same evening. You can reschedule without charge up to 7 days before your day, and if we ever have to cancel, you receive a full refund.
What do you need from us before the day?
One process you want examined, and access to the systems and sample data it runs on. We sign an NDA on request and can work on redacted samples. A 30-minute intake call sets the scope before anything is paid.
What happens to our data and the agents?
Everything built on the day is yours: the agents, the diagnosis, the architecture and all working files. We work under NDA on request, can use redacted samples, and delete your data after handover.
Who runs the session?
Sobin George Thomas, ArkOne's founder and CEO, runs every clinic personally. ArkOne is an Anthropic Partner; we build on Claude and know it deeply, but the diagnosis is vendor neutral: if another tool fits your situation better, we say so in writing.
What happens after the clinic?
Nothing you did not ask for. The clinic is complete in itself: the agents, the diagnosis, and the architecture are yours, with no follow-on you are expected to buy. If you want help widening what the agents own, tell us on the day and we will scope it.
Is there a smaller way to start?
Yes. The Executive Workshop is a half-day session for ten operators, held once a month at DIFC: the automation framework, a live build, and your own use case worked into a one-page readout. AED 750 per seat, lunch included, and the seat fee counts toward a clinic booked within 30 days.
