What the work is
An agent that assembles the sheet overnight for every location: the day’s schedule with open units named, patients arriving with an outstanding balance or unverified cover, the unscheduled treatment belonging to patients on today’s list, and the lab cases due. It is waiting for the team when the doors open. What it does not do
What the team actually does about a thin day is decided in the huddle by the people in the room, and the sheet never assigns the work. That is not a limitation of the software. It is the line the reference design draws on purpose, and a vendor who offers to move it is selling you something else.
