The associate cannot see how their number was reached, so every pay period ends in a conversation about which case was credited to whom and whether a lab bill was deducted twice. What the work is
An agent that assembles each associate’s period statement from the ledger and the lab invoices: production credited by procedure, collections received, adjustments and lab fees deducted, each line traceable to the visit it came from. The statement is presented for the practice administrator to approve before anyone is paid. What it does not do
Interpreting an associate’s contract where its terms are ambiguous, and settling a disputed credit, is the practice administrator’s judgement and not the agent’s. That is not a limitation of the software. It is the line the reference design draws on purpose, and a vendor who offers to move it is selling you something else.
