A routing through a listed high risk area triggers additional war risk premium and crew bonuses, and both are usually recoverable from the charterer under the war risk clause. The routing decision is taken on the bridge and in the chartering desk in hours, while the premium notification and the recharge follow days later, so transits happen without the cost being quoted or claimed. If you finance or lease vessels, that is a desk in your own business.
What the work is
An agent takes the intended routing, identifies the listed areas it crosses and the duration inside each, assembles the premium notification the underwriter requires and the recoverable elements under the charter party’s war risk clause, and shows the recharge with the routing behind it. It states which elements the clause does not cover. In the Cabinet, ArkOne’s reference design for an executive agent, this is the Operations seat: one of ten specialists the room can consult, each a name, a model and a set of instructions rather than a department.
The part of the design carrying the weight here is the door, and the setting that governs it is stated once on the Register.
What it does not do
Whether the vessel transits the area at all, because that judgement weighs crew safety against a voyage economics figure and belongs to the principal and the master. That is not a limitation of the software. It is the line the reference design draws on purpose, and a vendor who offers to move it is selling you something else.
What changes
The premium is notified and the recoverable share quoted before the transit, rather than reconstructed after the underwriter’s invoice.
Take high risk area, additional war risk premium, war risk clause into the demonstration and use them without explaining them. A vendor whose agent handles this work already knows those words; one who asks what they mean is showing you a system built for a different trade.
Next in this edition: Taking the vessel back in the condition it is in.
By evening
Drag the day. This work is owned by the Operations seat, and one hour of it is not the machine's to decide.
Assembly · the Seats
The Seat that owns this work gathers what it needs and drafts. This is the part a demonstration shows you, and it is the part that cannot break anything.
What you have at five: The premium is notified and the recoverable share quoted before the transit, rather than reconstructed after the underwriter's invoice
The hours are a shape, not a schedule. What is fixed is the order: nothing reaches a system you run before the Door, and nothing continues past the wait without a person.
