What the work is
An agent holds the investment case per vessel with its capital cost, the consumption profile and the fuel grades involved, refreshes the payback against current published bunker prices, and shows how the case has moved since approval with the price series it used. The original assumptions stay visible beside the refreshed ones. What it does not do
Whether to commit the next vessel to the programme on a case that has weakened, because that is a fleet strategy call about where the regulation and the fuel market are going. That is not a limitation of the software. It is the line the reference design draws on purpose, and a vendor who offers to move it is selling you something else.
