- The day is the same. Build Day runs over video, wherever your team is, priced for your market. The Dubai clinic runs in person, in your office, or our Dubai office.
- Who should be in the room?
- Up to three people who do the work we are fixing. You choose the problem and read the one page at the end.
- What do we need to prepare?
- One piece of work that costs real time, and access to the software it runs on. Redacted samples are fine. We send a short intake list a week before.
- Does our data leave the building?
- No. The agents run inside your own systems and your own AI subscriptions. We work on what you show us, sign an NDA on request, and delete our working copies after handover.
- What do we walk away with?
