What exactly happens on the day?
Your team and ours spend one working day, 09:00 to 17:00, on one piece of your work. We build AI agents that take it over, on your own systems and licences, and hand them to your team before we leave. In your office, or our Dubai office, up to 3 people from your side.
Who is it for?
Companies of roughly 50 to 800 people where someone spends every week on work that repeats. You choose the problem. The people who do that work sit in the room.
What does AED 5,000 cover?
The full day for your company, up to 3 people: the room, lunch, the working agents, the setup in writing, and the one page for the CEO. Per company, not per person.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
In most cases, nothing new. We build on the Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot seats your company already pays for. There is no metered API bill and no new licence to justify. Where a use case needs more than a seat allows, we say so on the day.
How do we book?
Send the form, then pick a time for a 30 minute intake call on the calendar that opens. After the call you pay online and pick your day. Everything happens on the system; no invoices, no bank transfers.
Does our data leave the building?
No. The agents run inside your own systems and your own AI subscriptions. We work on what you show us, sign an NDA on request, and delete our working copies after handover.
What if it does not work, or we need to move the day?
If there are no working agents running on your own data by the end of your day, we continue at no charge until there are. Putting the agents into production sometimes waits on your own IT for access or a security review; that step is scheduled with you. You can move your day without charge up to 7 days before, and if we ever have to cancel, you receive a full refund.

Every clinic is run by Claude-certified and OpenAI-certified architects and developers. The diagnosis is vendor neutral: if another tool fits your situation better, we say so in writing.
What happens after the clinic?
The agents, the setup and the one page are complete in themselves. Companies that want the rest of the map ask us to stay: we run your AI function until your own people can, from strategy through vendor, plan and people, with your team building.
