- You do. Access is granted and revoked in your own systems, on your terms.

What counts as a workflow?
A repeatable business process with identifiable inputs, steps, decisions and an outcome. If someone on your team does it every week, it probably counts.
What access do you need?
A seat in the tools the workflow runs on, granted by your admin, and a screen you share on the day. We never hold your credentials.
Does our data leave our environment?
No. The workflow is built and runs inside your own tenancy, on the AI subscriptions you already pay for. We store nothing of yours and delete our working copies after handover.
What happens if we do not finish?
If there is no working workflow running on your own data by the end of the day, we continue at no charge until there is. Putting it into production sometimes waits on your own IT; that step is scheduled with you.
How many people can join?
Up to three people from your team, including the person who does the work today.
What happens after the day?
You keep the workflow, the documentation and the list of next opportunities. Teams that want the whole map ask us to stay on as a retained head of AI; that conversation starts after your day, never before.
