The things people ask us most. If yours isn't here, just reach out.
What does ArkOne do?↓
ArkOne builds AI products and provides consulting for organisations that want to operate with AI at the core — not as an add-on.
Who is ArkOne for?↓
We work with growth-stage companies and enterprises that are serious about AI adoption — teams that want to move fast and build real capability.
How is ArkOne different from other AI consultancies?↓
We work embedded inside your team, not alongside it. We measure success by what your team can do after we leave — not by the size of the deck we deliver.
What products does ArkOne offer?↓
We build whereai (Claude Code analytics), Joinus.team (ATS and job board), and Su (AI recruiting agent). More coming.
How do I get started?↓
Book a demo or drop us an email at hello@arkone.ai. We will have an honest conversation about whether we are the right fit.
Where is ArkOne based?↓
We are a remote-first team. Our people are distributed globally.
What industries do you work in?↓
We have delivered engagements in banking, insurance, FMCG, professional services, engineering, and public-sector grant administration. AI readiness is not industry-specific — it depends on data availability, process clarity, and leadership commitment.
How much does an ArkOne engagement cost?↓
Engagements are scoped and priced individually based on organisational complexity and scope. Contact us at hello@arkone.ai and we will give you an honest picture of what an engagement would involve and cost.
What is the Black Book?↓
The Black Book is our foundational mapping document. Before any AI gets built, we spend 4–5 weeks documenting how your organisation actually works — work intake, decision points, bottlenecks, and institutional knowledge. The Black Book is the output: an operational map, AI opportunity analysis, and 90-day transformation roadmap in a single executable document.
Do you work with non-technical companies?↓
Yes. Most of our clients are not technology companies. We translate AI capability into operational outcomes relevant to your specific context — banking credit memos, insurance claims, tender evaluation, FMCG data consolidation. You do not need to be a tech company to benefit from AI.
What is whereai?↓
whereai is a free macOS application that reads your Claude Code session files and shows token usage, cost breakdowns, and AI-powered workflow recommendations — all processed on-device. It is designed for teams using Claude Code who want visibility into their AI spend and productivity.
How does ArkOne approach AI governance?↓
Every engagement produces a Governance Framework as one of its 7 deliverables. This covers policies for AI use, human oversight requirements, data handling standards, and auditability. Governance is not an afterthought — it is built into the programme architecture from day one.
