- Susan is the command line tool. It is MIT licensed, the code is public, and it runs entirely on your machine. susan.network is the hosted service your team pushes to so everyone can see the same history and the same running agents. Git and GitHub, the same relationship.
- Is the free tier a trial?
- No. The CLI is free with no time limit, and one person gets a private space on susan.network at no cost. Nothing expires.
- What am I paying for at 5 dollars?
- Shared state. Your team sees each other's sessions, plans and running agents, and Susan warns you before two people send agents at the same file.
- What does Enterprise add?
- What a security review asks for: single sign on, roles, an audit trail, and the option to run susan.network inside your own infrastructure.
- Can I use the CLI and never touch susan.network?
- Yes, and plenty of people do. Everything local works without an account.
- Do you offer annual billing?
