    Who issues the certification?

    Anthropic. It is Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect, Foundations credential. ArkOne is an Anthropic Partner and sets up your exam.

    What does the exam cover?

    Building production systems with Claude: agent architecture, tool design and MCP, Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering and structured output, and context management. 60 questions in 120 minutes, online or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

    When do I get the exam fee back?

    When a company pays ArkOne for your work: the placement fee if they hire you directly, or the first contract invoice if you work through ArkOne. That has to happen within 12 months of your pass. The full $125 exam fee comes back to you.

    Is work guaranteed after I pass?

    No. Deployments depend on what clients need. Certified engineers in the network are the people ArkOne staffs those projects from.

    What if I do not pass?

    Another attempt follows Anthropic's fee and retake policy at the time, and we can set it up for you.

    Can I cancel?

    Yes, until your exam is set up. You get everything back except $39. After that the exam fee is spent and there is no refund.
